Urgent Action Fund-Africa (UAF-Africa) is a consciously human rights and feminist organisation based in Nairobi, Kenya, which invests in the transformation of the world in which women live, enabling them to have full and equal enjoyment of their human rights.
The Fund is committed to enhancing women’s leadership to bring about justice, equity and to contribute to the creation of a society free of disruptive conflicts.
In solidarity with UAF, Urgent Action Fund-Africa efforts are focused on the toughest terrain: areas affected by armed conflict, escalating violence, political volatility and extreme repression.
